998jl's aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that user to their 998jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 998jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
